c4c53b26e3 update README to include defaults 
Fixes issue #2353.

I've also alphabetically sorted all the options so they're easier to find and maintain, and used the standard default formatting throughout.

There are various options which are mentioned by the command line tool but aren't documented in the README. I'm afraid I don't have enough information to complete them (or know whether they're actually worth documenting) but they are these.

Undocumented compress options
------

	global_defs
	ie8
	switches
	unsafe_methods

Note also that pure_getters was documented incorrectly in the README
as defaulting to `false`, but it actually defaults to `"strict"`.

Undocumented mangle options
-----

	cache
	ie8
	keep_fnames
	properties
	reserved

Undocumented beautify options
-----

	ie8
	source_map
	webkit
