I've also alphabetically sorted all the options so they're easier to find and maintain, and used the standard default formatting throughout.
There are various options which are mentioned by the command line tool but aren't documented in the README. I'm afraid I don't have enough information to complete them (or know whether they're actually worth documenting) but they are these.
